A-Line Staffing is now hiring Asst 1, Administrative in San Antonio, TX . The Asst 1, Administrative would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. Full time / 40+ hrs/wk. If interested in this Asst 1, Administrative position, contact Milos Pavlovic at 586-788-7509 or [email protected] Asst 1, Administrative Compensation: pay $27.72/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Asst 1, Administrative Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Normal schedule is Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM onsite, Friday remote . This role supports global sites across time zones, so occasional availability to start as early as 7:00 AM or end as late as 7:00 PM may be needed depending on meetings (manager will keep it aligned to an 8-hour day). Asst 1, Administrative Responsibilities Identify, extract, and research invoices and supporting documentation; partner with stakeholders to validate transaction details/purpose Remediate and format data for upload to the transparency data processing/reporting tool Perform high-volume data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy/completeness Support additional processes approved by the Business Transparency team Identify gaps in business processes/data controls/systems and provide recommendations Manage operational tasks such as third-party vendor spend and cross-functional sub-certification activities Asst 1, Administrative Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Undergraduate/graduate degree or at least 2 years of relevant data analysis experience Comfortable working with data/data mining and various file types (flat files, system downloads, etc.) Strong communication skills; self-motivated with a sense of urgency and accountability High attention to detail; able to work independently and escalate/follow up as needed Microsoft Office experience; basic Excel skills (data entry/formatting, simple formulas, sorting/filtering) Asst 1, Administrative Preferred Qualifications Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data validation, PivotTables) Team player with desire to learn and take on additional responsibilities Compliance mindset and ability to partner with stakeholders across the business If you think this Asst 1, Administrative position is a good fit, reach out—call, email, or apply. *
